Are your services refundable?
No. All services are non-refundable. Once booked, your session or package is reserved and our work begins—even before we meet.
Can I cancel or reschedule my session?
You may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. VIP Days and One-on-One Consultations must be rescheduled within 7 days of the original appointment. If not rescheduled within that window, the session is forfeited and a new booking will be required.
Why is there a rescheduling window?
Our schedule is limited and high demand means we reserve exclusive time for each client. A short rescheduling window helps us serve everyone efficiently without long delays.
What is a Level-Up Plan?
A personalized roadmap created after your 1-on-1 consultation. It includes revenue ideas, branding upgrades, and strategy pivots tailored to your business.
What’s included in a VIP Day?
4-hour intensive coaching, your custom Wealthy Debt Blueprint, access to digital tools/templates, and 30 days of support (includes 1 follow-up session + email access).
How do group coaching sessions work?
Group sessions are held over Zoom. Each includes 60 minutes of coaching, a downloadable worksheet, replay access for 14 days, and a bonus digital resource (e.g., eBook or checklist).

How many people are included in corporate coaching packages?
Up to 5 team members are included in both the Standard and Premium packages. Additional participants may be added at $2,000–$3,000 each.
Can D’Andrea speak on a topic we choose?
Yes—if it aligns with her core expertise (financial empowerment, legacy building, business growth, etc.). A planning call is included to ensure the message fits your audience.
What’s required for in-person speaking engagements?
In-person events require payment of the speaker fee + travel (airfare or mileage), hotel, and a per diem for meals/transport. Travel must be finalized 14 days in advance.
Can I record D’Andrea’s talk?
Yes, and D’Andrea also retains the right to record her portion for promotional and archival purposes. For virtual talks, a copy of the recording should be provided within 72 hours.
How is attendee info collected at live events?
We use a digital opt-in system. Guests can scan a QR code or text a keyword to access bonus content. This captures names, emails, and phone numbers—no messy sign-in sheets.
What happens if a speaking event is canceled?
If the host cancels, payments are non-refundable. One-time rescheduling is allowed with 30 days’ notice and must be completed within 90 days. If D’Andrea must cancel due to an emergency (such as illness or travel issues), she guarantees priority rescheduling, first right of booking for future events, and bonus access to a digital session or keynote.
